The solicitation is for quarterly subsistence spices and kosher meat. The government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the government based on price related factors and past performance. The anticipated cutoff date for receipt of quotations is on December 01, 2025, at **** central standard time. Deliveries will be made to the U. S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, **** west sunshine street, springfield, missouri, 65807. The government requires all quoted items to meet all specifications for the respective item. Delivery schedules must be prearranged with the receiving warehouse if delivery is planned withing 30 minutes of close of business. All deliveries must be palletized unless prior arrangements were agreed to by warehouse staff. All certified religious diet items must be marked with the kosher symbol on individual packages or the item will be refused. Receipt of delivery may be conditional for a period of five 5 business days or longer for meat items andor if solicitation line item specifies to allow for adequate examination and testing. Items which are conditionally received, and found to be unacceptable, must be picked up at the vendors expense within two 2 weeks of noncompliance notification.

Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri. All deliveries must be palletized unless prior arrangements were agreed to by warehouse staff. Products delivered must comply with 21 CFR and the FDA’s food safety rule. All certified religious diet items must be marked with the kosher symbol on individual packages or the item will be refused. All items must strictly be in compliance with the BOP national menu specifications. The government requires all quoted items to meet all specifications for the respective item. The government will make payment in accordance with the prompt payment act 31 **** and prompt payment regulations 5 CFR part 1315. The contractor must ensure that all employees take appropriate privacy training, including subcontractors who have access to PII as well as the creation, use, dissemination andor destruction of PII at the outset of the employees work on the contract and every year thereafter. The contractor must report any actual or suspected breach of PII within one hour of discovery.
