Request for Bids - Jail Plumbing Remodel - Rusk County invites bids for Jail Plumbing Remodel project. Based on your previous work experience your company has been selected to receive this bid advertisement and is invited to submit a Bid. Please take the time to carefully read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. All proposals submitted for consideration must be received by March 2, 2026, at 3 PM.
Jail plumbing remodel project Remove and replace the 4 toilets, 4 toilet carriers, 4 hung sinks, 4 urinals, 10 shower drain, and 10 shower valves in the 4 dorms, and 3 holding cells with acorn stainless steel fixtures. The 10 shower drains will be cored drilled out and replaced. Repair the floor and tile around the drain. The piping in the ceiling below will be replaced. The flush valves would be replaced along with the fixtures and copper piping in the chase. The 3 mixing valves would be replaced in the hallway. Saw cut the wall so the cabinets could be removed. New mixing valves with locking cabinets would be installed and the wall would be patched and painted. The nursing office faucet would be replaced with a sensor faucet. 18 combo toilet lav units would be replaced with new acorn units. Pipe insulation will be installed on new piping to cut down on condensations

Janitorial services for 195 District Park Restrooms: 4 toilets and 1 urinal with 3 sinks total approximately 343 square feet. Services provided daily yearround with exception of some holidays. The cleaning schedule will include three cleanings monday through wednesday morning, afternoon, and late afternoonearly evening and four cleanings thursdays through sunday morning, early afternoon, late afternoonearly evening, evening. The tenant will clean the restrooms once per day. Park office: approximately 103 square feet. Services provided once per week, with the exception of daily trash removal. Park office semienclosed entryway: approximately 117 square feet. Services provided once per week, with the exception of daily litter pickup. Janitorial closet: approximately 38 square feet. Services provided once per day. Other: every two weeks: dust vertical furniture surfaces, vents and equipment, wall trim in spaces above where applicable park water fountain must be cleaned and disinfected daily when in use from april
