Bids are requested for the supply of produce for the **** school year. The contract term is one year from the date of award. Every unit delivered must be guaranteed against faulty material and workmanship for at least one year from the date of delivery. Replacements will carry the same guarantee.

Vendors must be qualified and provide a statement of bidders qualifications, references, and contacts.
Failure to pay prevailing wages or provide supplements may subject the contractor to criminal and/or civil penalties. Willful failure to pay or provide prevailing wages or supplements may result in penalties and possible termination of the contract.
There is no mention of a mandatory site visit, but the document states that no charge will be allowed for expenses incurred in preparing bids, including site visitation.
Samples may be required prior to bid award, and successful bidders may be requested to furnish samples from regular delivery runs upon request. Samples must be delivered free of charge.
