Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to at least 5% of the bid amount. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference may be held at the project site. The full deposit will be refunded to each contractor who submits a bona fide bid, upon return of the documents in good condition within 10 days after the receipt of bids.
