This is a Request for Information (RFI) for explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) hook and line hal team kit TK1. The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) is seeking potential sources to provide the kit. Vendors should submit responses electronically via email to ***@***. *. * no later than 12:00 p. m. EST, September 12, 2025. Responses must include an executive summary (not to exceed five pages), organization name, address, point of contact, DUNS/CAGE code, business size, SBA categories (if applicable), NAICS code, capability statement, experience with similar projects, and answers to vendor survey questions. The offeror must provide a project team able to understand written and spoken English, proof of SAM registration, prior construction experience in similar AV microphone equipment installation projects, a list of clients over the past five years, evidence of financial and personnel resources, licenses and permits required by local law, a work plan, data sheet of proposed products, a plan of ensuring quality of services, a health and safety plan, and a subcontracting plan if applicable.
