The town may terminate the contract for breach of contract with one day written notice. The contractor will be held liable for all costs associated with the startup and procurement of a new contract with a new vendor for services.
Sites may be inspected at any time during normal working hours. All visitors must report in at the main desk or office and identify themselves.
The chief procurement officer may require the submission of samples either before or after the award of a contract, at no charge to the town. If specifically stated elsewhere in the bid documents that samples are required, full size samples must be submitted not later than the official bid opening.
Questions concerning the bid must be submitted in writing and will be answered up until 48 hours before the bid opening date and time.
