The Commonwealth has partnered with eBridge to host this bidding event on its Web- Based Bidding Platform. The awarded supplier is obligated to pay a transaction fee to eBridge pursuant to the Terms and Conditions accepted upon placement of initial bid. This RFB will consist of two phases.
