This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for entrance bridge abutment concrete repairs at Otter Brook Lake, Keene, NH. The work involves concrete repair on abutments and wingwalls, including removal, surface preparation, reinforcement, and new concrete placement. Temporary water retention structures and dewatering will be required. The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. A warranty of construction is required for a period of one year from the date of final acceptance of the work.
The government may perform a comparative evaluation comparing quotations to each other to select the contractor that is best suited and provides the best value, considering the evaluation factors of technical, price, and past performance.
