Deliveries are scheduled after purchase order issuance. One full truckload (FTL) within 45 days, remaining FTLs 45 days apart. aro, one 1 ftl to be delivered within 45 days, with the remaining tls to be delivered 45 days apart, or as scheduled by warehouse staff.

Payment is normally made within 30 days after delivery and acceptance or invoice receipt, whichever is later. payment for completion of state contracts is normally made within 30 days following the date the entire order is delivered and accepted or the date the invoice is received, whichever is later.

Contractor warrants goods are new, unused, free from defects, and meet specifications. contractor warrants that all goods. . . shall be new, unused, current production models. . . and shall be free from defects in materials, design and manufacture for the duration of this contract.

Award based on lowest responsive bid by responsible bidder. odoc may award one or more contracts based on the lowest responsive bids by responsible bidder per line item.

Bidders must be responsible and responsive, provide required information, and may need to demonstrate financial and technical capability. odoc reserves the right to investigate and evaluate. . . a bidders responsibility to perform the contract.

Failure to deliver on time may result in cancellation and purchasing elsewhere, billing the contractor the difference. odoc may purchase the required good elsewhere and bill contractor the difference in award price and price paid to obtain the required good.

Samples may be requested after bid closing. odoc reserves the right to request samples after bid closing from one or more bidders during the evaluation process.

Bids not in substantial compliance, incomplete, or with unauthorized contact may be rejected. contact with other odoc staff regarding this itb without prior clearance from the single point of contact will lead to disqualification.
