Repairs include but are not limited to: low slope roof membrane and transitions, roof parapets, flashing, cement board stucco cladding, failed mortar joints masonry, corroded brick ledgers, failed single wythe masonry walls above roof structures, failed plaza deck coating. Work includes repairs to wood windows, wood clad windows, and aluminum storefront windows, but no windows are being replaced.
