fuel spill remediation at Nellis AFB. The solicitation number is **** firm fixed price type contract will be awarded. The period of performance is 60 days. A site visit is scheduled for July 25, 2025, at 9:00 AM PDT. Further instructions are in attachment 1. The contract is a total small business set aside, with NAICS code **** and a small business size standard of 25 million. The contractor will remove
fuel-
contaminated asphalt patches, remove
fuel-
contaminated soil, and dispose of 190 tons of
contaminated soil. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to clean up hazardous waste, including containment, cleanup, and disposal of
contaminated materials. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those issued by the EPA and the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection (NDEP). The contractor must provide documentation demonstrating compliance with EPA and NDEP requirements. All contractor employees must carry contractor photo identification and comply with base security measures. Contractor vehicles must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and be registered through the security forces. Contractor personnel must conduct themselves in a professional manner. The contractor must establish a point of contact with the 99 CES service contracts section before starting work. The government will follow FAR **** for contractors' failure to perform satisfactory services or failure to correct nonconforming services. All personnel employed by the contractor must obtain an AF Form 75 and AF Form 533. The contractor shall replace or repair any damaged surfaces, utilities, equipment, products, vegetation, and structures.
