The delivery is required by July 30, 2026.

Award will be made to the lowest price offeror that is deemed technically acceptable.

Vendor must be registered at www. ***. *. * prior to quote submittal. Each offeror's record in FAPIIS will be reviewed prior to award. Award will not be made to any offeror who has any adverse financial information or exclusions.

Failure to comply with packaging requirements will result in rejection and nonpayment.

The delivery and installation of the required generator and cables to be fully functional shall be completed within 7 calendar days after receipt of award.

The prospective contractor shall be responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable local and state regulations regarding air quality and emissions. This includes, but is not limited to, all requirements set forth by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), Air Pollution Control Division. The contractor is required to secure any and all necessary air quality permits for the operation of the generator at Buckley Space Force Base.

The bid notice states that all responses shall be submitted electronically no later than 18 May 2026.

The tentative period of performance for this service is from May 18, 2026, to May 17, 2027, for the base period, and from May 18, 2027, to November 18, 2027, for the option period. The performance period may be updated. If you are unable to meet the period of performance date, please submit your soonest availability with your quotation.

Contract award will be in accordance to **** as stated in the solicitation.

Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and possess a valid CMMC Level 1 self-assessment certification at the time of offer submission and for the duration of any resulting contract. The contractor shall ensure the necessary employee level of expertise for performance of the deliverables described by this PWS and the necessary management and administrative support associated with personnel, equipment and services provided. The contractor shall pass a background check to gain access into PHNSY IMF. The contractor's employees must be U. S. citizens and registered with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
