The bid envelopes must be received by 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The term of the fuel contract will be from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.

This proposal will be awarded based on amount opis and quoted out on as needed basis.

Our department will be utilizing only vendors that are on the approved vendors list determined by this bidding process.

If not delivered within forty eight 48 hours, the district reserves the right to purchase motor fuel on the open market with all costs in excess of established price charged to the account of the vendor.
