Delivery schedule must be communicated on an individual basis per facility due to various receiving hours and warehouse requirements. If ETA changes, supplier must advise the facility.
Third-party billing: supplier must bill Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurers. Commonwealth facility reimburses cost-sharing amounts without limitations. Original invoice mailed to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, PO Box ****, Harrisburg, PA ****.
Award shall be made to all responsive and responsible bidders for each category. Best value determination selects quote providing greatest value based on criteria including cost, shipping, and product types.
