All invoices to the city of laredo have a 30 day term from receipt of supplies or completion of services.

Award will be made to the proposer whose submission is determined to be in the best interest of the city.

Proposers must include an audited financial statement or CPA-prepared financial statement from the most recent full year of operation of a similar business.

The site visit is scheduled for wednesday, september 9, 2026 at 2: 00 p. m. cst and will provide an opportunity to review the facility and gain a clearer understanding of operational expectations.
