This is an invitation to bid for a comprehensive tire procurement and service contract for the Kenton County Board of Education's transportation fleet. In case of default by the contractor, the board may procure the articles and services from other sources and may deduct the amount of excess cost so paid from any unpaid balance due to the vendor.
Samples may be required to assist in making decisions for awarding of contracts. The samples must be furnished by the time and date specified for the bid opening. Failure to furnish samples may disqualify the bid.
