It is anticipated that a firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded for repair of blade, indicator on a competitive basis as a result of this synopsis solicitation.

Offerors must be able to provide necessary certification including traceability to the manufacturer, manufacturers COC and its own certificate of conformance. Parts must be approved in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration FAA guidelines to ensure safety of our aircrew. Items will only be repaired by sources able to provide a certificate of airworthiness, FAA **** preferred or equivalent European Aviation Safety Agency EASA certification, or a certificate of conformance COC and traceability to the OEM.

The proposal closing date and time is April 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM EDT.

The government intends to establish a BPA with one or more vendors whose quotes are determined to be technically acceptable and offer the best value to the government.

All offerors must be certified as a small business under NAICS code **** to be eligible for award. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have representations and certifications on record.

The bid notice does not indicate that samples are required.

The estimated maximum total value for all call orders issued under this BPA is $250,**** for the twelve-month base period, and the same maximum value will apply to each subsequent option year.
