All offerors must be registered in SAM prior to receiving an award, have an active SAM account, and have the representations and certifications FAR and DFARS sections completed prior to award.

The anticipated magnitude of this project will be between $250,000 and $500,000.

The period of performance for the base contract is from 09/17/2026 to 09/16/2027. There are four option years, each for 365 calendar days.

The contractor shall submit an invoice in arrears for services rendered. Invoices will be verified for accuracy by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) prior to certification of payment.

Contractor personnel must pass background checks and obtain visitor passes to access the installation. Failure to comply may result in contract termination.

The contractor shall be responsible for any damage to government and/or personal property, which must be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the government. There is no limitation on the contractor's liability for damages.

Failure to comply with contractor personnel security requirements may result in termination of the contract for default. Misconduct or unacceptable performance can lead to removal from the cemetery.

The deadline to submit a notice of intent to bid is July 10, 2026, 10:00 a. m. CST. o later than 10 july 2026, 10:00 a. m. cst.
