The Office of Economic Empowerment (OEE) is seeking a vendor to provide one-on-one financial counseling/coaching and presentations on financial education and wellness topics. Bidders must submit a response to specific questions regarding their organization, qualifications, and cost proposals (in a separate PDF). The proposal submission deadline is 4:00 PM ET on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Bidders will be evaluated based on their ability to provide the requested services and best value. The winning bidder will be required to sign the Commonwealth standard contract form and agree to the Commonwealth terms and conditions. Any additional scenarios after the start of the contract year will require contract modification. The product will be renewed electronically yearly based upon request of scenarios and loaded per simx. The place of performance is the Cheyenne VA Health Care System.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Undergraduate Jet Training System (UJTS) program. The Navy is seeking industry input on various aspects of the system, including specifications, requirements, development timelines, and potential solutions. Respondents are requested to provide input on the draft Weapon System Specification (WSS) for the air vehicle and ground-based training systems (GBTS). The RFI includes specific items of interest, such as the mix of training devices, courseware, live-virtual-constructive training, physical dimensions, and maintenance strategy. A virtual industry meeting is scheduled for April 17, 2025, and one-on-one meetings with potential prime contractors will be held.
