Payments shall be issued by the city net thirty 30 calendar days from receipt of a complete and acceptable invoice from contractor.
The goods and services shall operate in conformance with the specifications per the provisions of a manufacturers warranty.
The proposer with the highest total overall score may be identified as the finalist.
Proposer must have at least two 2 years of experience providing forensic dna analysis services comparable to those required under this rfp.
In the event that any specified delivery date is not met, contractor shall be liable for any loss, expense, or damage resulting from delay in delivery or failure to deliver goods or provide services which is due to any cause except a force majeure event.
