Repair or alteration of office buildings Design and replacement of the roof of building 155, replacement of the overhang covering the exhaust louver on the rear of the facility, and the overhang covering the entrance and roll up door on the front of the facility. The new roof and overhangs shall eliminate all weather borne water leaks into B155. The new roof shall be free from ponding. The new roof shall be insulated meeting ASHRAE zoning requirements for the facility. The new roof shall be a TPO single ply membrane roofing system.
