LMH seeks proposals for comprehensive snow and ice management services for all LMH AMPs communities. Services include plowing, shoveling, deicing, and maintenance of safe access during weather events. Proposals must detail capacity to service all proposed AMPs during the same regional winter weather event. The preproposal meeting is on September 29, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by October 16, 2026, at 3:00 pm ET, either electronically via the eprocurement marketplace or by email. The award will be based on best value, not lowest price.
The contract will be awarded based on a best value basis, considering factors other than just cost. lmh will retain the sole option to extend the agreement for up to four 4 additional oneyear terms, subject to satisfactory performance
