Electric Gate Services at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center - HHSC PCS is seekingcompetitive bids to establish contract( s) for the removal and replacement ofelectric gates at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center ( SSLC). Electric gate services at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center The contractor shall build 2 metal swing gates size 2 136 wide x 6 tall chain link gates with 1, 000 lb. barrel hinges for the north side of the maintenance area. The contractor shall need to remove old gates and install new gates and use a 9. 0 gauge chain link mesh to cover the gates. The contractor shall repair the existing cantilever gate frame on the south side of the maintenance area. Contractor shall remove the existing gate and replace with an automatic liftmaster sliding gate with an obstruction sensor and use 9. 0 gauge chain link wire mesh to cover. Work shall include the installation of new gates, controllers, gate openers, keypads, and all hardware to complete a functional electric gate system.
