This is a public tender for kitchen steam cleaning services for Delgado Community College for the fiscal year July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The college reserves the right to request a sample of any of the products bid for examination. The bidder agrees to furnish specific samples as applicable, either for approval or equivalency examination upon request by the college. Requested samples shall be furnished within one week of request or as stated by the requester at no charge to the college.
Any questions arising from this bid must be addressed in writing no later than Tuesday, March 31, 2026, by 12:00 PM CST. A final 48-hour period after the issuance of an addendum will be granted for questions directly related to the answers provided in the addendum.
