The 633 Air Base Wing (ABW) needs to upgrade its existing giant
voice system (GV) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) with a new Motorola Optiwarn GV system. The contractor will be responsible for designing, furnishing, installing, operationalizing, and testing the new system, including providing all necessary equipment, tools, wiring, software, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, and management. The upgrade includes replacing existing equipment, installing new sirens, solar panels, batteries, and poles, and integrating with the existing mass notification system.
