The delivery date for this solicitation has been extended to August 20, 2025. The award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. All contractual documents are considered issued when copies are deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent via other electronic commerce methods. The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement to issue contractual documents. If the requirement is packaged at a different location than the offeror's address, the offeror must provide the packaging facility's name, street address, and CAGE code. Any contract awarded will be deemed certified for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). The contract purchase order contains requirements for the manufacture and contract quality requirements for the
cable assembly, power. Applicable documents, drawings, and publications are listed, and must be retained until an award is made. The contractor must obtain document references. The text of the contract purchase order takes precedence in case of conflicts with references or drawings. The material supplied must be mercury-free. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, unless otherwise specified. The supplier must provide and maintain a quality system acceptable to the government, in accordance with ISO **** of all inspection work must be kept complete and available to the government during the performance of the contract and for a period of four years after final delivery of supplies. Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking shall be in accordance with the contract purchase order schedule and as specified. MIL STD **** packaging applies. Other types of documents (Ordnance Standards, Weapons Specifications, Navord OSTD 600 pages, nuclear reactor publications, technical manuals, interim changes, and classified specifications) have specific ordering instructions.
