Bids without the required check or original bond will NOT be considered. Mailed responses ( i. e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, email or facsimile responses will NOT be considered. Copies of the construction plans and specifications may be viewed and/or downloaded free of charge from the City of Laredo website at: www. ***. *. *

Chavez Parkway 1. 1 Furnish all labor, equipment, material and necessary permits to construct and install one 1 freestanding steel archway structure at the designated entrances of the walkway. The archway shall be fabricated as per the engineering sheets. Contractor must provide signed and sealed shop drawings and foundation design for archway, color samples for archway, geotech testing, welding and torque inspections. Archway shall include lettering that spells césar e. chávez parkway across the top as per the dimentions shown on the engineering sheets. Traffic control is needed to limit access to archway while under constuction. Complete installation to be done in accordance with the latest international building code requirements, and minimum one 1 year workmanship warranty. 1. 2 Furnish all labor, equipment, and material to install one 1 commemorative standalone plaque at designated site location. The plaque shall be fabricated per the specifications as shown on the engineering sheets. Contractor
