Garden Irrigation Government Bids & RFPs

Bids are due on July 9th, 2026, at 4 pm CST.

Invoices for the work submitted by the successful bidder must be coded in accordance with company policies. The successful bidder will be responsible for meeting with a representative of the company's accounting department regarding necessary coding requirements and complying therewith.

A maintenance bond may be required to guarantee that the bidder will solve all maintenance issues during the specified maintenance period, which is usually one 1 year from final acceptance of successful bidder's work.

In evaluating bids, company shall consider the qualifications of the bidders and whether or not the bids comply with the prescribed requirements. Company may consider the qualifications and experience of subcontractors and other persons and organizations including those who are to furnish the principal items of material or equipment proposed for those portions of the work as to which the identity of subcontractors and other persons and organizations must be submitted. Operating costs, maintenance considerations, performance data and guarantees of materials and equipment may also be considered by company.

No bid will be accepted unless the bidder can, if requested, show to the satisfaction of the company evidence of its experience and familiarity with work of the character specified. No bid will be accepted unless the bidder can show to the satisfaction of the company evidence of its financial ability to perform the work successfully and properly, to completion.

Provisions for liquidated damages, if any, will be specified in the statement of work and/or as set forth in the contact agreement.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 26th, 2026, at 11 am at the Milam Residence in Claremore, OK ****.

If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.

The project is to be completed no later than August 31, 2028.

Payment from Arvada will traditionally be paid net 15 days but no later than net thirty 30 days. Invoices will accurately reflect actual work completed by contractor.

The responsible bidder with the lowest-priced, most responsive bid who meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the CSB within the limits of funds available and that best serves the City's interest will be selected to receive the award.

The City may make such investigation as it deems necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work. The City reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy the City that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligation of the contract agreement and to complete the work contemplated therein.

A daily charge will be made against the contractor for each calendar day, including free time that any work remains uncompleted after the expiration of contract time. This daily charge, determined by the original contract amount for the project, will be deducted from any money due the contractor. This deduction will be considered liquidated damages, not a penalty.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM MT at Gold Strike Park, **** W 56th Ave, Arvada, CO **** at the existing parking lot accessed off W. 56th Ave.

Contact with the requesting department may result in vendor disqualification. Failure to enter into contract or submit requisite documentation within seven calendar days from the date the contract is executed may result in the bidder being considered in default.
