Request for Quotation (RFQ) for millwright, pipefitter welding student tool kits. Bids are due August 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time. Questions are due August 7, 2026. Bids can be submitted electronically via email to ***@***. *. * or physically to the Tennessee Board of Regents address. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, qualified bidder. Pricing should be extended to all colleges of Tennessee for one year. Vendor registration with TBR is required for contract finalization.

Minimum terms: net 30 days. Prepayment not allowed.
A contracts and purchases will be made with the lowest, responsible, qualified bidder. The quality of the articles to be supplied, their conformity with the specifications, their suitability to the requirements of the institution, cash discount offered and the delivery terms will be taken into consideration.
In case of vendor default, the institution may procure the articles or services from other sources and hold the defaulting vendor responsible for any resulting cost.
Samples of items when called for, must be furnished free of expense, and if not destroyed will, upon vendors request within ten 10 days of bid opening, be returned at the bidders expense.
All suggestions or objections shall be made in writing and received by the rfq coordinator at least three 3 working days prior to the bid opening.
Late bids will not be opened or considered. Unsigned bids will be rejected. Failure to bid without advising the institution that future invitations for bids are desirable may result in removal from institutions bidders list covering this category of items.
