The City of Philadelphia Free Library is soliciting bids for multiple supplies. The bid opening date is September 4, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM. The contractor shall ensure a payment request includes documentation appropriate to the type of payment request in accordance with the payment clause, contract financing clause, or FAR ****, allowable cost and payment, as applicable.
