The contractor must provide a one-year warranty for the system. the contractor must provide the equipment, installation, programming, testing, training, documentation, and one-year warranty

The contractor shall deliver all hardware, supplies and complete incidental installation, configuration, and training services within 60 business days after award of contract.

The contractor shall pass through the standard commercial original equipment manufacturer OEM warranty for all procured hardware and software.

The contractor shall be responsible for providing all personnel, management, supervision, and technical expertise necessary to fulfill the requirements of this pws.

An individual will be denied access to the installation for any of the below listed reasons: a on a national terrorist watch list, b illegally present in the usc, d has knowingly submitted an employment questionnaire with false or fraudulent information, e has been issued a debarment order and is currently banned from any military installation, f a prisoner on a workrelease program or currently on felony probation/parole, g a registered sex offender, h membership within the previous 10 years in any organization that advocated the overthrow of the us government or affiliated with any gang activity, i is pending any felony charge, j has been convicted of any felony within the last 10 years, k has multiple three or more misdemeanor criminal convictions for offenses to include, but not limited to: 1 drug offenses, 2 offenses of violence, 3 weapons offenses including those where the weapon was used as either the means of the violence or threat of violence, 4 larceny.
