HVAC condensation and drainage corrections: Repair condensation pans, drain lines, and related components contributing to water intrusion in the building. Ensure condensate is properly directed away from interior spaces. 3. Gutter, downspout, and drainage improvements: Inspect and repair or replace gutters and downspouts as needed. Improve groundlevel drainage so water is directed away from the foundation.
