To be accepted and eligible for evaluation, quotations must be prepared in compliance with these instructions and all the terms and conditions contained in this document.
Calls placed by individuals not on the authorized list are not authorized and shall not be honored by the contractor. Services provided by the contractor in violation of this authorization will be treated as unauthorized commitment and may result in termination of this agreement by the government.
The government estimates, but does not guarantee, that the total volume of purchases through the blanket purchase agreement will total $350,****.
