The Air Force seeks a contractor to provide a 5-day train-the-trainer course for 18 Phoenix Raven instructors on Left of Bang combat profiling. The course will cover advanced observation, target location, memory/emotion principles, adversary planning, and profiling techniques (kinesics, biometrics, proxemics, geographics, iconography, atmospherics). Training will take place at Joint Base McGuire-Dix Lakehurst, NJ, and a field training exercise (FTX) within the USAF Expeditionary Center. The government will provide seating, binoculars, and range finders. The contractor will provide two subject matter experts, projectors, TVs, and HDMI hookups. The service delivery date is 30 days around the date agreed upon. The contractor must provide a contract manager and an alternate. The contractor will certify each instructor and provide follow-on teleconferencing support. The contractor needs a well-equipped classroom and training area with access to projectors, TVs, HDMI hookups, and observation devices. Clarification on base access for personnel and additional classroom requirements is requested.

The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) is seeking to purchase a neuroscience console multifiber photometry system for research. The system will be used by Dr. David Morilak for animal research. The contractor must provide sufficient notification if the product becomes unavailable, offering possible substitutions. Payment will be made immediately by the VA contracting officer through the Tungsten system (www. ***. *. *). The contractor will not have access to VA desktop computers or online resources, nor to protected patient health information (PHI).
