Proposals will be evaluated based on vendor experience, operational approach, customer service strategy, parking technology capabilities, and cost effectiveness.

Vendor must demonstrate experience managing institutional or healthcare parking operations, experience managing large parking facilities, ability to implement parking enforcement programs, and strong operational reporting capability.

Submissions that are incomplete or fail to meet the specified requirements may be rejected without review. Knowing and willful violations of State Finance Law provisions can result in disqualification.

The Town may consider cost, reputation, experience, efficiency, ability to perform within time, comparative quality of services, past performance, conditions attached to the proposal, interest in the project, and understanding of the project scope. The town may consider the following criteria when evaluating proposals, including but not limited to: a. cost b. the reputation, experience, and efficiency of the prospective manager.

Prospective managers must furnish a summary of experience on similar projects, including a brief description of past and current projects, and contact information for local references. Proposers shall provide information related to qualifications, fees for services, and schedule. The town seeks qualified wildfire mitigation contractors with prior experience in tree limbing, herbicide application, and vegetative fuels removal, harvest, mastication or similar work.

A site tour will be conducted as part of the pre-proposal meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 12:00 p. m. The site tour will visit several representative project units to provide an understanding of the terrain, vegetation, and expectations of the mitigation work.

The town may disqualify and reject any proposal that it deems illegible, unclear, or incomplete. if proposer fails to satisfy a through c set forth above, the town may treat the entire proposal as a public record available for inspection by the public under cora.

The town of Snowmass Village currently has a budget of $250,000 to undertake this project. he town has budgeted 250, 000 for the mitigation work detailed herein.

Must have knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment, proper methods used in cleaning work, basic hand tools and equipment used in routine building maintenance and grounds keeping work, and safe work practices. Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and to perform duties with industry, reliability, integrity and initiative. Must adhere to confidentiality and health insurance portability and accountability act hipaa policies. Must submit and successfully pass a criminal background check if required. Must successfully pass a preemployment drug screening test. Must provide documentation of immunity to measles, and rubella, or become vaccinated with the recommended vaccines and hepatitis b vaccine. Must test for tuberculosis tb at time of hire and per cdc guidelines as required. Must have an annual health exam and a flu or exemption as required. Must be a selfstarter, well organized, and willing to learn new skills. Must possess valid drivers license, good driving record, and be insurable by the tribes insurance carrier.
