Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, experience, and the applicability of solutions to meet Thornton's needs. A purchase order will not be immediately generated. All future purchase orders are conditional upon annual appropriation approval by Thornton's city council. Thornton maintains a standard set of RFP considerations and terms and conditions for non-federally funded RFPs. Vendors must acknowledge acceptance of the conditions and submit required forms.
