Scope of work includes the existing shingle removal down to deck and installation of new metal panel roof system of 3 roofs ( A, C & E), flute fill and PVC overlay of 1 roof ( D), removal and replacement of 1 awning and the demolition of 1 canopy ( J). BUILDINGS A, C & E 1. tRemove existing roofing and underlayment to decking of 3 separate structures ( A, C& E). 2. tRemove & replace any damaged /deteriorated roof decking of roofs. 3. tRemove existing gutters and downspouts on all buildings. 4. tInstall new ice and water shield at perimeters and penetrations of roofs. 5. tInstall new underlayment, metal roof panels and components on all roofs. 6. tInstall new gutters, downspouts, valleys and trim where indicated on drawings.
