The 628th contracting squadron intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for wastewater pump and haul services at JB Charleston Short Stay Recreational Area. The services will be performed at the wastewater treatment plant surge tank and RV dump station. The estimated wastewater volume is 70,000 gallons per month. Oral solicitations will close on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The contractor will be responsible for all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, and management necessary to provide wastewater disposal services. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and environmental laws, publications, technical directives, instructions, and industry standards. The contractor must also notify the contracting officer immediately of any hazmat or sewage spills. The contractor is responsible for promptly cleaning up all spills in a manner consistent with current environmental regulations.
