This RFI seeks information from potential contractors for end-to-end software management services for the Kessel Run Enterprise Software Toolchain. The contractor will manage existing and future commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software, including license management, usage tracking, implementation, security, and customer support. The contractor must provide a core team of personnel with specific skills and experience in software engineering, security, and procurement. The contract requires the contractor to integrate software and business tools into the existing software environment within 10 business days of acquisition. The contractor must be familiar with the FedRAMP process and risk management framework. The government anticipates specific labor categories for contractor personnel, including Lead Software Engineer Level III, Software Engineer, Cyber Security Engineer, and Procurement Manager.
