This is a Request for Information (RFI) for fleet collision repair services for US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) vehicles. The RFI seeks market information and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses are due May 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. The response should include sufficient technical data to meet the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). The government-owned vehicles will be picked up from the facility at 155 Grand Avenue, Swanton, VT ****, repaired, and returned. The period of performance is a base year of one year plus four service years, from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030. OEM parts must be used. Delivery of a fully repaired vehicle must be made within 60 days after receipt of the purchase order. No evaluation letters or results will be issued to respondents.
