Bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM EST on June 23, 2026.

Payment will be made after correct presentation of claim forms or invoices. Invoices shall at a minimum reflect the date and time services were rendered, types of products furnished, and fees due. The district reserves the right to withhold payment pending resolution of any payment disputes.
