**** franklin pastures tennis courts remove and replace existing bituminous concrete pavement tennis courts and walkways and existing gravels. the total proposed tennis court and walkway area is approximately 5, 800 square yards. install approximately 2, 350 linear feet of new 6inch underdrain and french drains. remove and replace existing fence with approximately 1, 850 linear feet of 4foot and 10foottall chain link fence and swing gates. remove and replace existing light fixtures, 10 total, and associated conduit, wires, control cabinet, concrete pad, and push button controls. existing light pole bases, light poles, and electric meterservice to remain. new acrylic surfacing, court striping, nets, and posts. three northernmost courts shall be striped for both pickleball and tennis. repair lawn and landscaped areas as necessary.
