Mechanical upgrades include replacing all DX split systems, new restroom exhaust systems, replacement radiant heaters in the Drill Hall, and upgrades to the Automated Logic Corp building automation system provided via allowance by Emcor. Electrical upgrades include new LED light fixtures with occupancy sensor lighting controls throughout the building, relocation of the IT room, and new data cabling throughout the building.
