Provide new unlocked programmable logic controller ( PLC) and HMIs. 2. Provide all hardware and software equipment ( laptop, software, programming cable, support connections). 3. Ensure PLC ultrasonic level sensor hardware uses ladder diagram ( LD) or ladder logic. 4. Provide and upgrade input/output cards and new Ethernet cables for PLCs. 5. Provide all parts and materials for BAS interface with a new BACnet converter. 6. Provide recommended software for water tank production and level management, including installation labor. 7. Provide a minimum of eight hours of hands- on training for facility personnel. 8. Replace and repair the main cabinet PLC that has suffered a fatal internal failure. 9.
