Quotations are due by August 14, 2026, noon. No quotations will be accepted after this time.

The government will pay the contractor the fixed price per month for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed.

The U. S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM system for Award Management database at www. ***. *. * prior to submittal of their offer/proposal.

Failure to be registered in the SAM system at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.

Interested contractors will be required to submit a complete technical data package, which will be forwarded to the engineering support activity esa for review. this technical package must include a copy of the original manufacturers drawings for comparison by the esa.

The anticipated award date is 2 september 2026.

The basis for the award will be price and other factors: delivery date.

Quotes are being solicited directly from a minimum of three qualified small business sources.

Bids must be received on or before August 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.

Payments will be made in accordance with the Florida Prompt Payment Act, Section ****, Florida Statutes, upon presentation of a proper invoice. Payments are due within 45 days of invoice receipt for general vendors and 30 days for small businesses.

The awarded bidder shall warrant its products and/or service against faulty labor and/or defective material for a minimum period of one year from the date of acceptance.

The city will award this contract to the responsive and responsible bidder who submits the lowest price to perform the work.

Bidders must be registered with the State of Florida, have been in business for a minimum of five years, employ a certified CEU instructor, and have provided acceptable services for similar work in the past three years.

If the awarded bidder fails to correct a deficiency within three calendar days after written notification, the city may procure services from another source and charge the awarded bidder for additional costs.

The city will not hold a pre-bid conference or site visit for this solicitation.

Product samples may be required for evaluation upon specific request, to be provided at no cost to the city.

Requests for clarification and additional information must be received prior to August 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time.

Bids may be deemed nonresponsive if they do not contain all required information, if they are submitted late, or if they are conditioned upon modifications to the solicitation terms.

Project personnel are warned to perform only operational maintenance during the warranty period.

Only mechanical MACC contractors listed on the general requirements cover page may submit a proposal.
