This is a supplemental bid solicitation for the services under **** emergency center planning staffing services. The state intends to award one contract for award group D for the update of the state hazard mitigation plan. The bid opening date is January 27, 2026. The state will electronically accept questions and inquiries from all potential bidders via the QA tab of the bid solicitation in njstart. The contractor shall update the new jersey state hazard mitigation plan shmp, as required by fema regulations, to meet fema deadlines set to recertify new jerseys eligibility to receive federal mitigation grant funding. The contractor must submit its pricing using the state price sheet accompanying this bid solicitation and located on the attachments tab.
The contractor shall meet predetermined njoem delivery dates for the shmp as follows: August 22, 2028: submit the initial draft to the njoem, October 22, 2028: submit a revised final draft to the state of new jersey, January 21, 2029: submit the final draft to fema, and April 21, 2029: obtain certification and approval from fema.
