Proposals will be evaluated based on relevant experience and qualifications, technical expertise and regulatory knowledge, staffing, licensing, and organizational capacity, project management and quality control, familiarity with comparable public agency practices, references and past performance, and staffing.
A minimum of five years of demonstrated experience providing assessment engineering services for public agencies is required. At least one lead or key staff member must hold an active California Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the vendor must demonstrate direct access to a licensed PE.
