The closing datetime for proposal submissions is May 13, 2026, at 2:30 PM.

The response deadline for quotes is May 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM MT. Quotes should be submitted prior to the close date and time of May 2, 2026, at 2:00:00 PM local time via the IonWave platform. The contract term is anticipated to begin July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

Award will be made to the vendors offering the lowest price whose quote is complete and determined to be responsive and responsible.

Vendors must possess all licenses required for the sale, distribution, and handling of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other regulated chemicals, as applicable. All products must comply with applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations. Vendors must provide current safety data sheets (SDS) for all chemical products upon request and/or at time of delivery. All items must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. Brand names are provided to establish a standard of quality; or approved equal products may be accepted at the district's discretion.

All questions should be submitted no later than May 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Questions received after this deadline may not be considered.

Annual expenditures are anticipated to be approximately $25,000.

The bid notice does not specify a delivery deadline for the services. The awarded bidder shall provide a list of all the zones and signals they monitor for each building and supply them to the county thirty 30 days after they have received a fully executed contract.

The bid notice states that qualified contractors are invited to submit bids and that the county reserves the right to reject services from any personnel deemed by the county to be unqualified, disorderly, or otherwise unable to perform assigned work.

The bid due date is May 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The bid notice states that bids may be evaluated based on cost, reliability, service capabilities, emergency response, vendor experience, references, and compliance with specifications. The lowest bid may not automatically guarantee award.

The bid notice states that bidders must be licensed and insured and meet all Georgia and federal propane regulations, providing proof of liability insurance, workers compensation, and relevant certifications.

The bid notice does not require sample submission.

The bid submission deadline is May 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM CDT. The proposed contract end date is July 31, 2026.

Invoices for payment shall be submitted to the Department of Health no later than the fifteenth day of the month following completion of the service. Payment shall be conditioned upon receipt of appropriate, accurate, and acceptable invoices submitted in a timely manner with supporting documentation.

The selection committee will consider specialized experience, qualifications, technical competence, ability to provide innovative solutions, approach to the project, capacity and capability to perform within time limitations, past record and performance, proximity, fees, availability of financial and operating resources, ability to meet statutory or ordinance requirements, and other relevant criteria.

Environmental air monitoring is highly technical and requires specialized certifications, equipment, and experience, including being capable of performing this work in compliance with regulatory requirements while operating in active demolition zones.
