The State of Vermont, Department of Mental Health (DMH), is seeking proposals for Mental Health Urgent Care Services in Rutland County. The contract will be for two years with options to renew for three additional one-year periods. Services are to be provided 24/7 to reduce reliance on emergency department visits. Awards will be made based on a weighted scoring system considering the technical proposal (company overview, scope of work, timeline, reporting) and cost proposal. Evaluation Criteria: Consideration shall be given to the bidders project approach and methodology, qualifications and experience, ability to provide the services within the defined timeline, cost, and success in completing similar projects.
Bidders must be registered as a supplier in Vermont's procurement system (VTBuys), have professional liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate, and SAAM coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate.
