A licensed arborist must be on-site at all times. Suppliers are responsible for debris removal and disposal fees. A site review will be conducted for each job. Dig permits must be submitted 5-7 days prior to work. The contract period is from August 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with potential for renewal.

Suppliers are required to possess and maintain an Arborist license from the state of Louisiana, Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) accreditation, and Ldaf Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification. A minimum of five consecutive years in business with previous experience in southern live oak preservation is preferred.
