Suppliers are required to possess and maintain an Arborist license from the state of Louisiana, Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) accreditation, and Ldaf Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification. The contractor shall have 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed date to complete all tasks associated with the specification of work.

The contractor is obligated to verify all measurements and specification requirements at the onsite visit prior to starting the project. o extra compensation shall be allowed for the contractor who does not attend the onsite visit and who does not appreciate the difficulty of the contract specifications.

The contractor shall furnish samples of materials for approval, as required by the applicable sections of the technical specifications that differ from the specification.

Failure by the contractor to provide acceptable revisions and/or to improve contract performance may result in the termination of the contract for default.
