The USCG Polar Star is requesting the transportation and delivery of **** gallons of Shell Gadinia 40w lube oil to the USCG base Seattle pier 46f. Delivery will be made via truck using a **** foot 2-inch camlock hose. An over-the-water certificate will be provided.
